The space

Treeline North A-Frame is a cozy retreat nestled in a peaceful, forest-like setting, just 100 yards from our home yet offering plenty of privacy. Located 3 minutes from downtown Sandpoint, it’s the perfect getaway for outdoor enthusiasts and those looking to relax in nature. With covered parking and space for a trailer, you’ll have plenty of room if you're bringing a boat.

Inside the A-Frame
Step into a thoughtfully designed space that blends modern comfort with rustic charm. The downstairs bedroom features a queen bed, a twin trundle bed, a spacious closet with ski and snowboard hangers, a small dresser, and a large window that fills the room with natural light. The bathroom is well-equipped with a walk-in shower and a stackable washer/dryer for your convenience.

The kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals, including a gas range, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, and a Keurig coffee maker. We also provide basic cooking essentials, dishes, and utensils to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

Upstairs, the loft serves as a cozy retreat with a sitting area and a smart TV that can swivel, allowing you to watch from either the seating area or the king-size bed in the second bedroom. The loft also offers closet space for your belongings.

Outdoor Space & Location
Surrounded by towering trees, the spacious deck is the perfect spot to relax with your morning coffee or enjoy an evening under the stars. There’s also a small fire pit, ideal for roasting marshmallows and gathering around on chilly nights.

Just steps from the A-Frame, you'll find a public beach easement, located between two homes across Lakeshore Road. It’s a great spot for launching paddleboards or kayaks—more details will be provided in the unit.

The Long Bridge Marina is conveniently located across the road near the bridge. If you need a boat slip, I have one available for rent (3-night minimum)—please message me for rates and availability.

For those who love walking or biking, a scenic pedestrian path runs under the highway and across a separate bridge, offering a stunning two-mile route into downtown Sandpoint. Whether you’re here to ski, explore Lake Pend Oreille, or simply relax in a tranquil setting, Treeline North A-Frame is the perfect home base for your adventure.

Guest access

​Treeline North A-Frame is conveniently located on Treeline Dr., just a few hundred yards west of Highway 95 and Lakeshore Dr., providing both easy access and a peaceful retreat. Guests will have ample parking, including a covered parking area. Entry is hassle-free with a keypad lock, and the access code will be provided 24-48 hours before your arrival for a smooth check-in experience.
